Anne Conlan is a Master Certified Coach, trainer and workshop facilitator who has been developing and facilitating workshops and seminars and providing executive and personal coaching for the past 12 years. As a coach and facilitator/trainer, Anne is passionate about working with managers, supervisors and executives to help them increase their effectiveness and sense of fulfillment about the work they do.

Anne works with managers and executives in her work as a coach and facilitator both in the public and private sectors. She is an active adjunct faculty member, visiting program director and 360° coach working with Federal executives and managers at OPM’s Eastern Management Development Center in Shepherdstown and the Western Management Development Center in Denver. She has provided training, coaching and facilitation for OPM’s Executive Development Seminar, Management Development Seminar, Seminar for New Managers, and Leadership Assessment Program. Anne also regularly facilitates the popular “Resiliency Advantage” seminar at EMDC and WMDC as well as many other Federal Government agencies.

Prior to starting her coaching and training company, ChangeMastery, in 1997, Anne spent 14 years as a business executive and eight years as an Educator.

Anne is certified in the areas of Executive Coaching, Change Management, Resiliency, Emotional Intelligence, Communication Styles, MBTI and OPM 360 assessments.

Anne holds a master’s degree in Education from the University of MD, College Park and is a Master Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation. Anne has training certifications from EQ at Work, InterChange International, The Resiliency Center, and Executive Coaching through the Coach Training Institute.
